Really cool documentary about an acclaimed sushi chef in Tokyo. To Jiro Ono, sushi is an art-form, a way of life. He runs a ten-seat restaurant that's booked up months in advance. For roughly $160 you get a full course meal and his personal attention, critics say it's world-class and delicious. If I could only get to Japan....

Very interesting documentary about how the best sushi chef in the world earned that title.
